Glen, Smith & Glen Development's incredible mixed/use urban village is located at the heart of the new "West Village" along the I-215 at Sunset, in Las Vegas, Nv. This incredible project broke ground in Mid April 2007 and will be vertical in mid to late Summer 2007. The first tower of "Madison" is the first structure that is set to be finished, with other incredible buildings to follow at a quick pace.
Sullivan Square is one of the most anticipated projects in Las Vegas, and joins Echelon, Manhattan West and Brickwater in bringing practical Live/Work communities and High Quality Urban Living to Las Vegas. For a true iunderstandin of the Urban Village concept one only has to look to pre-suburbian New York, San Francisco or Chicago to get a taste of what a multi-story community coveringa few shorts block would look and feel like. Older, more mature cities have this imprinted on thei downtown areas as a matter of history, but Las Vegas, with it's limited, but amazing growth has had to look to pioneers and visionaries like Kenneth Smith to bring this "grown-up" and wonderful idea to Las Vegas.
